Welcome to Cresthaven. Cresthaven, formally known as Cresthaven Owners, Inc., is a three building cooperative apartment complex located in Northwest Yonkers. These three well maintained apartment buildings were built in the mid-sixties, and converted to cooperative apartments in 1985. Each building has six floors of apartments, and the entire complex has a total of 217 units ranging from studios and one bedroom with one bath to two-bedrooms with one and one-half baths. The Association is approximately 97% shareholder owned.

Each well maintained and newly decorated building has one elevator, its own laundry room; and each floor has a compactor room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped for three seasons of the year and there is a large in ground swimming pool used by all during the summer. The grounds also have a picnic area with several charcoal grills for residents use and enjoyment.

The cooperative provides rental outdoor parking, with a limited number of garages also available for rent by shareholders. The complex is located just off Broadway, accessible to the Saw Mill River Parkway and other major roads and highways. It is close to the newly renovated and about to open Boyce Thompson Center, and St. John’s Riverside Hospital.

The Cresthaven Owners Inc. is governed by an elected Board of Directors, and is considered a self-managed property.
